Newtwork Solutions is a field services and IT company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We specialize in Starlink installations, security camera systems, and managed networking for residential and commercial clients across the region. We're a small, tight operation — the work you do here matters.
What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the boots on the ground. Most of your time is spent on customer sites completing installations, configurations, and service calls. You'll be assigned a company van stocked with the tools and equipment you need, and you're responsible for keeping that inventory accurate and organized.
Day to day, you can expect to:
- Travel to customer sites throughout the Idaho Falls area
- Install and configure Starlink systems, security cameras, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
- Log parts used and job notes in our field service system
- Keep your assigned van stocked and inventory up to date
- Occasionally list surplus equipment through our eBay store
What We're Looking For
No prior experience in this field is required — we'll train the right person. What we do need:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (50+ lbs), work on rooftops, and handle outdoor installs in varying weather
- Reliable, shows up on time, follows through
- Comfortable learning new technology and following a process
